Wind tower production welding turning rolls

We offer adjustable welding turing rolls, which are built from two independents units, one driving and the other free. Driving unit is equipped with one driving wheels, the other unit has free wheels. Both units can be longitudinally moved. Each unit constructed from fundamental frame, wheels with carrier and shifting part in case of movable realization. Rubber circumferences of wheel is rolled on ball bearing. Wheel's carrier can move along fundamental frame depending on diameter of treated subject and is fastened on frame with screws. Driving wheel starts to roll when the command from remote control.
